People ask me: "What is the Vineyard?"

If there was one word that could best describe the Douglasville Vineyard, it would have to be "FAMILY". Although we are a very diverse group – economically, racially, even politically – God has knit us together in Jesus, as a family. Casual and comfortable characterize our dress, attitude, and facility.   Our teaching is conversational and down to earth. We do not try to hype the atmosphere or do things for show. We have regular small groups meeting to worship, discuss and apply God's Word, and pray for specific needs. We are a  Spirit filled,  Biblical community. We believe the Bible to be God's Word; it the standard by which we live. We embrace the infilling of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to do the ministry Jesus has called us to.
